A solid 14K yellow Gold Round Medallion with granulation and a relief design depicting the Byzantine two letter acronyms for the Greek words ΙησουC (Jesus, upper left corner)and ΧριστοC (Christ, upper right corner) and the Greek word ΝIKA ("victorious") in the lower half. The back view is an embossed depiction of Roman EmperorConstantine the Great (311-337 AD) who became Saint Constantine alongside his mother, Saint Helen, who discovered The Holy Cross.

Because of its association with Saint Constantine (in Greek: Αγιο Κωνσταντινο), this particular medal is called a "Konstantinato" (Κωνσταντινατο)
